Govandi police Arrested a 33-year-old man known as Firoz Baluch for sexually harassing a 30-year-old Govandi-based woman by sending her obscene videos and messgaes via  Whatsapp. The accused Firoz Baluch arrested from Gujarat.
 

 
According to the police he save beautiful women’s Mobile numbers and send them vulger pictures and messages and after that he harassing  them. Police took  Eight months to arrest him. Police arrested him in various sections  54 (A), 354 (D), and 509 IPc and 67 (A)  IT Act.
