Swachataa App a Failure ?
For the Residents of K.D.Road Vile Parle West Swachataa App has turned into a huge disappointment as multiple complains on the website to clean garbage in the lane has not been cleared.
After repeated complains from various members of the society the situation is same and in the website it shows issue resolved.
Swachataa App was very prompt in the starting when the cleaning was done at the same day.But from last couple of months complains are not taken seriously and no one is attending to complains.
It may be noted  both the Complaints mark resolved where as it is not resolved and the garbage still lying there.
