SOLDIER MARTYRED IN CEASEFIRE VIOLATION BY PAKISTAN

Pakistan Army resorted to an unprovoked ceasefire violation in Naoshera Sector on the Line of Control (LoC) at about 1445 hours on 11 Nov 2018.
In the incident, Naik Gosavi Keshav Somgir, an army soldier, was critically injured due to fire from across the border and succumbed to gunshot wound injuries.
Naik Gosavi Keshav Somgir, aged 29 years, belonged to Village – Sri Rampur, Tehsil – Sinnar, District – Nashik, Maharashtra and is survived by his wife, Smt Yashoda Gosavi.
Naik Gosavi Keshav Somgir was a brave and sincere soldier. The nation will always remain indebted to him for the supreme sacrifice and devotion to duty.
Indian Army has retaliated strongly and effectively on Pakistan Army posts. The martyrdom of the Indian Army Soldier will not go in vain.
