Ex Fortis Chairman Malvinder Singh files police complaint against his younger brother for issuing death threats and cheating Rs 8,742 cr!
India’s topmost pharmaceutical business tycoon Malvinder Singh, Ex-chairman and managing director of Fortis Healthcare has filed a police complaint against his younger brother Shivinder Singh for deceitfully siphoning Rs 8,742 cr from the family holding and issuing him death threats. The complaint mentions Shivinder has committed the crime with the help of Gurinder Singh Dhillon, the spiritual head of the Radha Soami Satsang.
Meanwhile, Shivinder Singh has denied the allegations as baseless and bogus! Briefing media, Shivinder Singh said, “The accusations are false as my elder brother is trying to put the ounce of his blunders on the Babaji ( Guru Gurinder Singh Dhillon), the spiritual head of the Radha Soami Satsang,
The dispute of the Singh became public when Shivinder Singh dragged his elder brother Malvinder Singh to the National Company Law Tribunal alleging charges ‘Oppression’ and ‘Mismanagement of their businesses’. Shivinder Singh alleged that Malvinder forged his wife’s signatures, carried out illegal financial transactions and led the family company into huge debts.
After this case, Shivinder Singh had parted from his brother but soon his mother intervened and eliminated the clash between brothers. Hence Shivinder Singh withdrew his case. However, once again the family dispute has raised its ugly head!!
