Major relief for Mumbai based hotelier Dhananjay shetty in a false molestation case.
The Andheri court gave him a clean chit On the basis of A B- summary report filed by Mumbai Police which means that the allegations were false and fabricated the entire report was submitted to the court on February 20th.6rder Copy Details :

” In view of no Objection given by informant aggrieved and victim of the case , Smt. Deepika Surendra shetty , “B ” Summary is granted . Due to withdrawal of application of cancellation of bail by informant , the said application bearing No 1429/ N/2018 is filed .
The matter is disposed off accordingly.
The above order was passed on 15.06.2019. by (R. R . Khan ) Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court ,Andheri Mumbai.

Brief facts of the case :

A 35 year old juhu doctor filed a complaint against Dhananjay shetty , the victim ‘s complaint says shetty had been stalking her for the past one year recently he molested her near her house.on this ground juhu police filed a case against Dhananjay shetty in August 2018.
Dhananjay shetty challenged this case in the court and demanded fair inquiry of the entire incident.
Two lady police officers from BKC Police station Kalpana Gadekar and Inspector Deepshika Ware conducted the inquiry.During the investigation they found Dhananjay shetty was framed by the lady doctor .
” The complainant claimed in the FIR that I touched her inappropriately on July 20 ,2018 and on August 11th I abused her .But the investigation carried out by the two police officers revealed that on July 20th I was at my home with my family and not at the spot which the complainant claimed .she misguided the police ” said Dhananjay shetty.

He further says that I am a responsible and law abiding citizen of the country and I had full faith in the judicial system of our Country that truth has come out .
