After the Bombay High Court order Thane rural police registered an FIR against BJP Mla Narendar Mehta who represents Mira Bhyandar Constituency.

Brief facts of the Case:

One of the Social activist filed private complaint against Narendra Mehta regarding misuse of  his power in Seven  Eleven Club House Construction, he demanded fair investigation in to the matter .Bombay High Court admitted his PIL and directed to Mira road police to investigate the case.Mira road police registered an FIR on 21 September under various sections , 166,167,34,15,17,52,53 etc.Investigation is underway.
