Madrasa minor children exploited for election rally by AIMIM Candidate Bashir Patel Mumbadevi.

An order passed by the court of law exists that Minor children should never be engaged for any type of labour. There are instances of building contractors exploiting minors for labour work and even some small restaurants engage minors as waiters and for dish washing. Even as police have been taking stringent action against the employers it still continues unabated in total disregard to court rules.

The recent incident that has come to light is of the Madrasa children being exploited for the Election Rally by AIMIM
Candidate 186 Mumbadevi Bashir Patel for Election rally.
Meanwhile the Nagapada Police are probing the matter prior to registering of an FIR

@ECISVEEP may cancel nomination of AIMIM.This happens to be the first ever case that has come to light that minor children of a muslim religious institution are being hired in an election rally.
The court of law must give a serious view to this case and initiate stringent action not only against the AIMIM Candidate Bashir Patel but also on the Madrassa for allowing its minor children to participate in the Election Rally.

Ironically, notwithstanding and in total disregard to the orders passed by the court of law that explotation of child labour is a crime and attracts stringent punishment, yet some establishments and political personalities go against it with no fear of law.

Speaking with ‘ Hello Mumbai News ‘ , Shalini Sharma Senior Police Inspector of Nagpada Police Station said, ‘ We have not received such type written complaint if we receive we will follow law and will take legal action , ”
