Mumbai.: Harassment for money and subsequent murder and or suicidal death has become an order of the day. In some instances the offenders have faced arrest, produced in court and appropriate punishment is awarded..

Now a shocking news comes to light of the alleged suicidal death of an Hotelier and Businessman Mahesh Anchal alias Mahesh Anna at his residence.”  An high level inquiry is initiated for the suicide as to whether there was any foul play or was he being harassed for monetary purpose by any member of the society where he was residing that drove him to take the drastic step. The offenders need to be apprehended and be prosecuted under IPC section 306 and strict disciplinary action must be taken against them.” Said chintu shaikh a shiv sena leader of Vikhroli .

He further alleges If at all Mahesh Anna was threatened for monetary purpose, and if it comes to light, I  will go in for court proceedings till such time the offender is booked and appropriately punished by the court of law under relevant sections of IPC.
