Mumbai girl Aarti kidnap and suicide case shrouded in mystery. Police claim it was an accidental case

Even as the kidnap and suicide of Aarti is shrouded in mystery, in a development leading to the Thakkarbappa Kidnap and suicide case, reports of the missing girl found dead was presumed to have been suicide case. But the Police claim it as an accidental death. The girl went missing from 30th March 2019
Her father after lodging complaint at the police station committed suicide seven months later.
Pathetically the local Nehru Nagar Police are totally clueless till today. After handing over the investigation to the crime branch, it took two months to know the whereabouts of the missing girl.

Many eyebrows and questions were raised about the poor investigation and negligence by the local Nehru Nagar Police Station.
Even after registration of the crime what has the Police done? Nothing. Mother of girl was forced to file a petition in the High Court to find out or trace the missing girl. After transferring the investigation to the crime branch yesterday, some information was received by the crime branch Unit 6 that one girl committed suicide on 30 March 2019.

Following are the questions hammering the mind:
1) Whether there was negligence by the Nehru Nagar Police Station in investigating the case

2) Whether the dead body found was it of Aarti or not
3) When the Wadala Railway Police really informed about the missing or dead person on their whatsapp and or other network? Then how come the Nehru Nagar police station or the crime branch did not investigate or whether they were updated of the fact leading to the missing girl and the suicide?
4) Local Police only are responsible for the suicide of Pancharam Rithadia, who failed to trace the whereabout of the missing girl.
