Mumbai: Thane BJP Corporator Narayan Pawar has been arrested by the Kasarwadi Police Station in an Extortion case .

Extortion is not only confined to underworld dons, but also in other business affairs.

Civic Body officials are known for extortion. In a new case that comes to light is of Thane BJP Corporator Narayan Pawar in an extortion case.

He has been remanded by the apex court to four days police custody. Investigations are underway.
