Mumbai: A shocking news comes to light of a youth stripped naked and trashed black and blue in the containment zone of Waghle Industrial Estate in Thane. According to Police, no soul stepped forward to help the youth since it was a containment area. The entire incident was captured on a video and viraled on social media on June 20, 2020.
The Thane Police revealed that they received the Video eight days after an FIR was lodged, and they have arrested two accused in the gruesome incident. The incident has been carried out by infamous criminals of the area who have held the entire area in terror
In a nutshell, the incident kicked off owing to refusal to part with bribe.The victim, in his youth, was undressed and beaten up black and blue at Waghle Industrial Estate, Thane.
The victim of this most humiliating incident is much shaken up and scared that he has not left the house after this incident and has not even lodged any complaint.
In fact, after putting the video on social media, the accused made it viral in such a way that the public caught a snatcher red-handed, Ajut was badly naked and beaten,
But the Police, after the investigation revealed that no such incident has occurred. Fake messages have been viraled merely to escape from the hands of the police.
Police investigation revealed that the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the Srinagar Police Station. Now the police have filed an FIR against the five accused in this case and have arrested two accused.
As per police reports, after their interrogation, they found that the accused was working for a notorious criminal named Vicky.
Merely to generate fear and panic in the area, the youth was stripped and beaten up. The area is dominated by such notorious criminals who actually dominate in the area. This incident is similar to mob lynching.
When the police were questioned why none surged forward to intervene, they said people were scared being a containment area due to Coronavirus Pandemic, they never wanted to interfere.
