An introduction on Dr. Twinkal Patel
In a nutshell:
She is a Social Entrepreneur, Owner and Managing Director, Motherhood Women’s & Child Care Hospital which is beset with a total of three facilities viz. IVF, Gynaecology & Paediatric Department comprising a team of 15 doctors. She is as well a Partner in Medistar Hospital, the first Multispecialty Hospital in Himatnagar. It is a 135 bedded exclusive traumas Centre which also deals with accidents, cardiac surgeries, etc.
She even happens to own the Trimurti Foundation and engaged in creating awaress programme among female and children health in a slum area inhabitated by poor people.
She is the Secretary of High on Life NGO for drug-free society too and takes lectures in many schools, colleges, universities, female clubs for various gynaecology, skin, and health awareness issue.
In her interaction with Hello Mumbai News Team she said that “India is showing Global Solidarity differently by distributing daily essentials to the needy citizens battling with the coronavirus outbreak amid 21-days long lockdown period. From Food to Hygiene, from food grains to food packets, that’s how NGOs are stretching their helping hands as Corona Warriors.
She also revealed that Motherhood Foundation has contributed 100 kg food grains and biscuit packets to the stranded people during this global pandemic. Our warriors Arpan Shah, Jagbirsinh Champavat, Hiren Patel, Vinod Parmar took the onus today to step out and help in this social crisis.
