Mumbai: Rhea Chakraborty, arrested by the Narcotics Controls Bureau(NCB) in a drugs case under NDPC Act 27 ( a ), 28, 29 and sent into judicial custody for drugs relation in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, moved a bail plea on Wednesday before a Sessions Court in Mumbai.

This is Rhea’s second plea for bail after a Magistrate Court on Tuesday refused to grant her bail.

Sources reveal that in the fresh plea, Rhea claimed to be “innocent”and that she has not committed any crime whatsoever and has been falsely implicated in the case.

Earlier the Sessions Court was to hear the bail application plea on Thursday, but postponed to Friday.
