Fraud recruitment agent owns illegal channel on YouT

There has been many cases of fraudulent recruitment agencies luring candidates by offering lucrative jobs through channels.

A recent such case that has come to light is of one OSHIN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CONSULTANT, having its office at SCF 65 Top Floor Phase 2 Shahibjada Ajit Singh Nagar 160055 Mohali Punjab. The Company doesn’t posses any valid recruitment license and runs a Channel on you tube by the name of OSHIN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION COSULTANT

A complainant has addressed a letter to Protector General of Emigrants.(Ministry of External Affairs)New Delhi, and endorsing a copy to the Mumbai office. It has come to the knowledge that he claims to be a manpower supplier to various companies. He is not a registered RA neither appointed and seems to be using the name of many companies that he supplies workers. He visits the company location and shoot videos and promote himself to be a manpower supplier to that company. The video(link provided) will establish the modus operandi of the fraudulent manpower recruiter. The video proves that a fake company can recruit workers without license.

The owner of the Company claims to be showing in video that he is helping people to get job but he is doing human trafficking. He offers jobs with salary of Rs.50,000. From the video it could be seen that
he showing online updates of visas as he is not a RA. He got no rights to promote himself.

The fraudster also claims that his company MRT Construction recruits workers from India he is claiming to be manpower supplier to MRT. His salary offer of 50000 is also an act of eye-washing people. He also clearly says he has supplied many workers to several companies in Malaysia and Singapore.

As it will be visible in the video he admits that he has supplied workers and few seats are available so he is accountable to give details to which companies and how he has supplied workers without being RA.

The videos on you tube clearly present him as an illegal agent.

The fraudster manpower supplier must be booked immediately. He is breaking laws of Immigration.when Hello Mumbai contacted to  OSHIN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION COSULTANT owner for his view on this isuue his both numbers were not reachable .
