The deadly spreading and grasp of the vicious second wave of COVID-19 pandemic upon India are sparing none.From commoners to celebrities, one and all are being sporadically affected by the malecious Coronavirus

Marathi actress Abhilasha Patil died of COVID-19 on Tuesday 4th May. She had gone to Benares to shoot for a project but returned to Mumbai a few days ago after showing symptoms of the coronavirus. She was admitted to a hospital after testing positive and was later moved to the intensive care unit.

Patil has starred in  Marathi movies such as Te Aath Diwas (2015), Pipsi (2018), Bayko Deta Ka Bayko (2020), Prawaas (2020) and Tujha Majha Arrange Marriage (2021) as well as several television serials. She has also been a part of many popular Hindi projects such as Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017), Good Newwz (2019), Malaal (2019) and Chhichhore (2019).

Her family comprises of her mother and son.Post Patil’s demise, her fans and closed ones are shocked by the same and are mourning her untimely death by pouring in R.I.P. messages and statuses
