On Wednesday Bombay High Court rejected bail application of Raj Kundra, court didn’t responded to the defence lawyer of Rajkundra.He will have to spend more days in Aurther Jail. In a fresh development another FIR registered by aspiring model against Rajkundra and his company at Malvani police station. 

British National and Business Tycoon Raj Kundra’s case takes a new twist with a Mumbai Court on Wednesday refusing to grant him and his associate Ryan Thorpe bail in the pornography case.

On Tuesday Kundra was sent to 14-day judicial custody.Earlier the crime branch told the court that Kundra was planning to sell 119 adult films to a person for USD 1.2 million. The police claimed that during the probe into the case, it was found that Kundra set up Armsprime Media Pvt Ltd, which, through London-based Kenrin Pvt Ltd, bought ‘Hotshots’ app to upload objectional videos on social media.

During searches at the accused’s office, police also claimed to have found 51 obscene videos– 35 with Hotshots logo and 16 with BollyFame logo.

The crime branch has lodged a fresh FIR in connection with a pornography case and named producers of Kundra’s company as well as actress Gehana Vashishth in the new case.
