In a fresh development, a Team of Amboli Police Station inestigating the Molestation case against Vibhu Agarwal, CEO and Anjali Raina issued summons to Anjali to inquire into the case and to record their statement. As yet they have not appeared and has moved the Court for Anticipatory Bail. After hearing the Bail Application, the Dindoshi Court has gave interim till 21 August.

Earlier FIR was registered against Vibu Agarwal under sections 354 A (sexual harassment), 354 B (using criminal force on any woman or abetting such act with the intention of disrobing), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (act done with common intention by two or more persons) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
His Company’s Country Head Anjali Raina too was booked.
