Mumbai bore the brunt of heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorm and lightening on Wednesday evening.
Office goers were caught unaware while leaving office in the evening because of the heavy rain with thunderstorm and lightening.

The visibility was poor for the vehicles to move smoothly.
The IMD has issued yellows alert from 9 till 11 till September in Mumbai Thane and isolated places.

Reportedly the thunderstorm and lightening caused power failure in Thane.
