Ultimately, achieving work-life balance is an ongoing process, and it requires flexibility, communication, and self-awareness to manage both aspects of her life effectively.

Hello Mumbai News: What advice would you give to someone who are aspiring Women Entrepreneur?
Dr. Niraalee Shah: Being successful often means learning from those who have already achieved their goals. Having a mentor is an amazing blessing to an entrepreneur, but not everyone can find one in person. “If you haven’t yet found your personal business guru, here she is Dr. Niraalee Shah your mentor sharing her life lessons with you to start your business journey.”
~Lesson 1 – Laser Cut Focus
Laser-cut Focus is so important because it is the gateway to all thinking: perception, memory, learning, reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making. Without good focus, all aspects of your ability to think will suffer.

~Lesson 2 – Risk-Taking
Risk-taking enables and encourages innovation, which can be an important product/service differentiator. Failed risks aren’t always negative. Sometimes, they provide the most valuable business lessons an entrepreneur can learn. Failure helps shape future business strategies and can eventually lead to business growth.
~Lesson 3 – Hard Work
Hard Work is the Foundation of Successful Businesses. Hard work is a requirement to start and keep a business going. Working hard for your goals keeps you focused. Only once you start putting in the effort will you get results.
~Lesson 4 – Perseverance
The power of perseverance shows the willingness to keep moving forward despite the obstacles that stand in the way. This is how perseverance builds character.
~Lesson 5 – Consistency
Keeping with a regular strategy not only helps create a better customer experience but also helps build credibility, reputation, and brand trust. Consistency can also impact your bottom line. Niraalee claims, “My Success Formula: Passion + Consistency = Success.”

But honestly every individual has their own journey of life and succeed as per their ways. Yes, there can be inspiring stories so that people can get courage and motivation to move ahead. But success is a terms that is different for different entrepreneurs. There are certain ingredients for sure that goes in making a successful entrepreneur like smart work along with hard work, multi tasking for entrepreneurs initially and having a drive and go getter approach towards things.

Take mentorship if needed to make sure you are on the right path.

Hello Mumbai News: If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

Smita Kharbanda:

Category: Business Entrepreneur

Hello Mumbai News: Introduce yourself for our readers.

Smita Kharbanda:  I am Smita Kharbanda

Brought up in Patna, a Small Town in Bihar. Got Married and landed in Mumbai. In Mumbai, I saw the kids were disconnected with Nature. Parents would take their kids to the mall but never for a Picnic in the open grounds. This is why EcoKids was created.

We have been working towards connecting the Urban kids to Nature, whether it’s through my Gardening Classes or Talks or Corporate Go green events.

We introduced Eco FRIENDLY BIRTHDAY PARTIES as a mode of celebration in India.

I feel that if any Woman has some Passion and interest, she must hone it and take it forward.

I got my Family’s support as this was a passion which would benefit Society at large so my Husband and Daughters fully Supported me through whichever way they could. Whether it meant not going for vacations very often as during holidays I would run Gardening and Farm to Table Holiday Camps or missing social events as I was always Committed for work. My FAMILY UNDERSTOOD MY WORK CAME FIRST.

The Name of My Company is Self-Explanatory – EcoKids. We are looking to build an Environmentally conscious GEN next who understand the need to Preserve and Conserve and also be Responsible to leave this Planet in a Good Condition for later GENERATIONS.

The URBAN child has no idea about how to grow vegetables, or how important Soil is and how we can create a GREEN WORLD Without Destroying Nature.

Kids are not at Fault it’s because they have not been exposed to the natural and holistic ways of life, so it is our duty to Teach them Good Habits which will benefit their lives. We Started EcoKids in 2008 and since then there has been No Looking Back,

It became like a Green Movement lots of Urban Kids benefitted, whether it was a Connect with Soil or Plucking out Potatoes from the bosom of Mother Earth or even making a Terrarium as a part of a birthday. The benefits were immense.

Word of Mouth was and is my biggest Promoter.

MY BIGGEST HIGH IS WHEN A city bred kid grows some vegetables, harvests them and actually eats it as a part of his meal.

THE CIRCLE OF LIFE FOR ME IS COMPLETE.
WHEN YOU GARDEN YOU GROW
Is our MOTTO

Sangeeta Babani:

Category: Social Entrepreneur

Hello Mumbai News: Could you Introduce yourself for our readers.

Sangeeta Babani: I am an Artist (painter) and was raised in Spain. imbibing Spanish Art and Culture during my growing years led me to the ultimate initiation into Indian Art when I settled in Mumbai.

Hello Mumbai News: What Inspired to become Artist.

Sangeeta Babani: Artists and Creators we are continuously evolving our work. Not satisfied to remain static; we explore and experiment. I believe we move through development cycles much like the stages of human development. I started as a teenager and then studied in Spain. Then my mother enrolled me in drawing classes and it created the foundation for my interest in art. I felt with every stroke and every line I was stepping into a different world- one which did not have boundaries. And that is what excited me then and still excites me now. Thus, the journey and the process has been continuous.

Hello Mumbai News: What Challenges have you faced as a Woman Artist and painter and how did you overcome them.

Sangeeta Babani: Challenges are a part of every field, to learn to overcome them with set ideas is important. My techniques have changed and I am bolder now as I experiment more with different types of medium and textures. At first it feels awkward but eventually we begin to create marks and paint passages with facility. There is no final phase. You don’t reach some evolved state and stay there. It’s a continuous evolution.

Hello Mumbai News: What Challenges have you faced as a Woman Artist and painter and how did you overcome them.

Sangeeta Babani: My Art veers from figurative realistic to semi-abstract depiction, landscape to abstraction as the mood takes me. There are no straight answers and that is the beauty of life, it is my firm belief and this philosophy is celebrated in my canvases with an exuberance of colour and emotion.

Characterised by an ambiguity, simultaneously introspective and impressionist in nature, my paintings come alive with vibrant hues and multiple thoughts. Interpretation becomes subjective and distinct from one viewer to another. I celebrates my journey to the unknown, leaving the onlooker to pursue his.

Hello Mumbai News: Tell Something about your Painting.

Sangeeta Babani: I feel a blank canvas…has unlimited possibilities… there are memories and Stories, which inspire me to hold my brush and enter in a world where colour, canvas, rhythmic strokes and story-telling dance in unison. Each layer of colour tells a story that one is subtly invited to discover, and each Artwork has numerous stories etched which lingers in the thoughts and hearts of an audience long after the show is over.

Hello Mumbai News: Where Does your Inspiration come from.

Sangeeta Babani: I feel that women artists despite the strides they have made in the artworld are still at a disadvantage because works by female artists comprise a smaller share of major permanent collections compared to their male counterparts. It is hard to grasp the origins of this inequality which still persists today, not only in the art world but in any given field!

Hello Mumbai News: How you balance your professional and personal life .

Sangeeta Babani: There is no perfect work – life balance, you have to protect your personal space and set boundaries.

Hello Mumbai News: What advice would you give to someone who are aspiring Women Entrepreneur

Sangeeta Babani: To be passionate and be positive. There are many low phases and it’s a struggle. But if you have a passion for what you are doing, it is worth it.
For me Art is therapeutic. It is very calming and is the one of the few vocations to allow you to express your innermost feelings and thoughts without saying anything and allow the world to view it.

Hello Mumbai News: what Women Inspire you.

Sangeeta Babani: There are many, many, many women throughout history that I’ve felt inspired by but my mother was a real inspiration, because she taught me to always do my best, be strong in times of struggle, and treat others the way I want to be treated.

Hello Mumbai News: What’is your message on International Women’s Day.

Sangeeta Babani: “The strongest action for a woman is to love herself, be herself, and shine amongst those who never believed she could.”
