Who you are tomorrow depends what you do today, was a quote used by Dr. Ms Gurpreet Kaur, Dean, Indore institute of Law, while inaugurating the 5th International conference on Law, 25tn June 2023.
The Chief guest Professor Dr S. Surya Prakash, Vice Chancellor, National Law Institute Bhopal, candidly admitted to have come unrehearsed; but his extempore speech, on certain facts and law, drew accolades; which was akin to section 58 of the Indian Evidence Act.
Indian and foreign students participated in presenting their respective research papers on, Emerging Technologies In Legal Tech Opportunities and Challenges, that created a web of its own. It was a congenial environment, with tangible and intangible refreshments and replenishments for body and brains respectively, as was apparent from good food at the canteen, and good academics at the class rooms which are sound proof, air conditioned, aptly configurated seating, lighting and teaching facilities, which is conducive to learning we understand due to the visionaries Mr Kantilak Bam and Dr Akshay K. Bam Chairmen of Icon Education Society and Indore Institute of Law. The event was meticulously organized by Dr Principle, Professor Dr Palke, Professor Rana and student volunteers, an event, Hello Mumbai News, considers worthy of promoting out door.
