Hello Mumbai City Desk:
Mumbai: Women and mothers from Govandi, distressed by their children’s addiction to drugs, reached out today to NCP candidate Nawab Malik for help. These mothers expressed their concern that their children are trapped in the grip of addiction, and their families are severely affected by this problem.
Distressed by the growing drug issue, these women urged Nawab Malik to take decisive steps to make Govandi drug-free. They said, “Our children are submerged in addiction. They are losing their family’s happiness and are sinking into a downward spiral in society. We want the government to take this issue seriously and take effective measures to save our children from drugs.”
In response, Nawab Malik assured them that he would soon take action to address the drug problem in Govandi and would formulate effective plans in this direction. He stated, “This is a serious matter, and we will give it top priority. To break the growing network of drugs, society, families, and the government must work together.”
The appeal from these mothers has not only prompted the local administration but also other sections of society to pay closer attention to this serious issue.
