Big relief for Arpita Mukherjee she was granted bail by a Special ED Court on Monday.
Arpita and close friend of former West Bengal Education Minister Pratha Chatterjee was arrested by Enforcement Directorate in Connection with the Primary School Education Board Recruitment Scam in 2022
In the Bail Order Court has directed Arpita Mukherjee not to leave the Jurisdiction of Kolkata ,she will have to inform to local police,She will have to present before the court on every day of hearing of the case.Court also directed her to furnish a bond of Rs 5 lakh with sureties.

On 23 July 2022 West Bengal Education Minister Pratha Chatterjee and Arpita Mukherjee were arrested in Primary school Teacher Recruitment job scam.After received the Specific information ED Carried out raid at both accused houses during raid ED recovered huge Cash Rs 2 Crore,5, lacs Foreign Currency and 20 Mobiles and gold ornaments.After spending 857 days in Judicial Custody Arpita Mukherjee today granted bail.
