The Mumbai Anti Corruption Bureau filed an FIR against Police Sub Inspector Ganesh Yegde for allegedly demanding Bribe of Rs 3,000 lakh from a brother of accused brother who was arrested in NDPS case by Dongri Police Station.
Anti Corruption Bureau booked PSI Ganesh Yegde under the Section of prevention of Corruption Act 2018.
As per the Anti Corruption Bureau Sources, when Complaint approached to Dongri Police Station regarding his brother’s arrest case,Mr Ganesh Yegde told him his brother will face 7 to 8 years imprisonment
he will Process his case in Commercial quantity,if he wants to settle this matter he will have to pay 3,000 lakh.Complainant scared and he ready to pay the amount,2,7000 lakh.
After this he approached to Anti Corruption Bureau and filed a written Complaint with Anti Corruption Bureau Office.
No arrest has made so far in this Case Further Investigation is Underway.
