The Bandra police have arrested notorious  accused who tried to steal a Nokia mobile phone from a passenger who was boarding in a first class compartment of a local train at Khar road in Mumbai. The incident happened on Monday, September 10 at around 11.30 pm at night.Police arrested him under section 379.Polic also recovered the Mobile from the accused.

The accused identified as Javed Jaffer Khan and complainant Akhil Labdo Barik(24) .The case has been solved under the guidance of Sunilkumar Mahadev  Jadhav, Sr PI, Bandra Police. Both the thieves are notorious criminals and have many cases lodged at multiple police stations. According to the Bandra GRPF senior Police Inspector Sunil Kumar Jadhav the arrested accused is history sheeter and have various cases against him of mobile theft, after his arrest many cases can be opened.
