Mumbai: Whereas the Rotarians in the entire universe have been working tirelessly amid battling with Covid-19 pandemic, one of them is the Rotary Club, Hanging Garden, who have served for the society and community. It has plummeted to reach out to the citizens at the core of the pyramid striving to satisfy their day-to-day requirements.

The Club accomplished the project of PUC on Air Pollution, in their endeavour to cleanse Air and retaining a sufficient environment for developing awareness at petrol pumps to motorists to obtain their PUC done and to conserve the environment pollution-free. As it is valid for six months they have allocated these pamphlets for motorists to memorize two dates to get their PUC done. And it is undertaken by Vision President Deepak Zaveri.

Further, under project -2, Rtn
Dilip Shah, the dynamic and smart President achieved several projects under this COVID pandemic circumstance. Carried out distribution of food grains
PPE suits to Sion and Nair Hospitals, as well as Drinking water to many BMC wards.

Correspondingly, under Project -3, they have allotted approximately Rs 17 lakhs, under the aeigis of smart President Rtn Dilip Shah to the Mumbai Police Foundation for maintaining in mind the insane hours timed by these front line COVID warriors who stood staking their lives so that people are well protected.
The members of this Club ceded a cheque to Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh.

Through Project 4, under President Deepak Zaveri, coordinated a mental wellness webinar for RI district 3141 with Mpower ( a Neerja Birla Initiative). DG Sunil Mehra and PDG Harjit flagged off this much-required webinar to assure positive mental health. The Panelists as Mrs. Neerja Birla and Dr. Zirak Marker procured strategies and expert guidance respectively to cope with anxieties curbing from the pandemic. The Rtn Mala moderated the webinar

Similarly, they also planted 440 bamboo trees in village tetavli, Vikramgad Taluka.
