The Russian Centre for Science and Culture Mumbai hosted a special event to mark Christmas, Held at Russian House in South Mumbai On 22 nd December, Sunday.

Mr Victor Gorel Ykh Director of Russian House in Mumbai graced the occasion as a Chief Guest.The event saw the participants of the diplomatic community and a large number of members of the Russian Community residing in Mumbai.Indian Community also took part in the joyous event.

While giving an Interview With Hello Mumbai News Mr Victor Gorel Ykh Director of Russian House in Mumbai said,” Christmas festival symbolizes love, Compassion peace and harmony which are share d values of all the culture and faith in India,Our Centre always work to promote Culture and we believe in humility,”
This is my first Event as a Director of Russian House in Mumbai.

Key Highlights of the Event 

The event dedicated to the coming year 2025 was held at the Russian House in Mumbai.
The evening was attended by Russian compatriots, Indian teachers of Russian language, professors and students of the University of Mumbai, representatives of Indian companies, local authorities, journalists. Many of them came with children.

They were presented with musical and dance performances on the theme of the New Year performed by Irina Mishra, Vikas Gogte, Dasha Chiwhane, students of the Navaras Academy under the guidance of Director Radhika Phanse.

At the end of the event  during Christmas  party Mr Victor Gorel Ykh met to everyone clicked the picture with Russian families and Indian guests .High tea ,Snacks and sweets were served.

The roles of Father Frost and Snow Maiden (Snegurochka) were played by Vikas Gogte and Dasha Chiwhane.
At the end, R.P.Raju’s magic show was shown for the children.
