​814th Urs-e-Khwaja Garib Nawaz (R.A.): A Symbol of Service and Communal Harmony; Special Gratitude Expressed to Ministry of Minority Affairs

​AJMER. On the auspicious occasion of the 814th Urs of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti (R.A.), a large-scale humanitarian service campaign (Khidmat-e-Khalq) was successfully organized by the Sarva Dharma Khwaja Mandir and the Sufi Islamic Board. The initiative stood out as a shining example of peace, love, and the “Ganga-Jamuni” culture of India.

​Special Gratitude to the Ministry of Minority Affairs:

The organization expressed its deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, for its immense support and cooperation. It was highlighted that the Ministry’s proactive role was instrumental in ensuring smooth facilities for the thousands of pilgrims (Zayarin) arriving from different parts of the country.

​The organization also extended its sincere thanks to Bilal Khan (Hon’ble Nazim, Dargah Committee Ajmer Sharif) and Dr. Adil (Assistant Nazim) for their dedicated administrative support in making this service mission a success.

​Comprehensive Service Operations:

Prioritizing the comfort of pilgrims, the following services were meticulously managed until the final stages of the Urs:
Services were offered at Qaid Vishram Sthali, Ajmer Junction Railway Station, Ajmer Bus stand, Fauwara chauraha Bus Stand, Qutub Sahab Chilla and Dargah Bazar.

In many of its first time arrangements this year khidmat team comprised of volunteers from various silsilas namely Chishty Silsila, Abulolaai Silsila, Madari Silsila, Sabri Silsila and other silsilas of the Sufi order participated in this Khidmat of zayereen of The Supreme Sufi Leader of the Asian Region Hazrat Khwaja Gareeb Nawaz r a.
Khidmats offered included.
​Organized accommodation and traditional ‘Langar’ (community kitchen).
​Distribution of medical aid, cleanliness drives, and refreshing drinks (Sharbat).
​Traffic management and guidance for devotees arriving from various states at Ajmer Railway Station, Qaid Vishram Sthali, Ajmer Bus Stations.
Distribution of footwear to those who had lost them due to various reasons.

​A Team Beyond Boundaries:

A dedicated team of approximately 300 volunteers from the Sufi Islamic Board and Sarva Dharma Khwaja Mandir participated in this mission. Representing various states and different religions, these volunteers worked shoulder-to-shoulder along with the Administration with the sole aim of serving humanity, embodying the message of “Love for All, Hatred for None.”

​Leadership and Vision:

Under the leadership of Mansoor Khan (President, Sufi Islamic Board), Dr. Sufi Raj Jain (Founder & President, Sarva Dharma Khwaja Mandir), and Sufi Anwar Sheikh Hussain (National Vice President, North India), the event was concluded successfully. The leaders emphasized that the support from the Ministry of Minority Affairs and the Dargah administration was a pillar of strength in delivering the message of peace and humanity to society.

​The campaign concluded with prayers for universal peace and the hope that Khwaja Garib Nawaz continues to bless all of humanity.
