Introduction
Innovari, in collaboration with Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), E-Cell, and WISE SNDT Incubation Centre, successfully organized Startup Day, an inspiring event aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students. The event brought together industry experts, startup founders, faculty members, and students on a common platform to encourage ideation, collaboration, and real-world startup exposure.
Startup Day was designed to create awareness about entrepreneurship, provide insights into the startup ecosystem, and motivate students to transform ideas into impactful ventures.

Inauguration Ceremony
The event began with a formal inauguration, including the University Song, Ganesh Pooja, and ceremonial lamp lighting, marking an auspicious start. The ceremony symbolized knowledge, positivity, and new beginnings.

Dignitaries Present
The event was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries from the startup ecosystem and academia, whose participation and guidance added great value to Startup Day.

MoU Signing Ceremony
A key highlight of the event was the MoU signing between Innovari and WeSpark, strengthening collaboration for mentorship, incubation, and industry exposure. Additional MoUs with Astercare and Maniben Nanavati Women’s College were also announced.
Startup Talks and Interactive Session
Guest speakers delivered inspiring talks, followed by an interactive question-and-answer session where students engaged directly with industry experts and clarified their doubts regarding startups, funding, and innovation.
Startup Pitching Session
Startup founders from Innovari and WISE SNDT Incubation Centre presented their ideas through live pitching sessions. The pitches showcased creativity, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial confidence among participants.

Outcome
Startup Day witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members. The event enhanced students’ understanding of the startup ecosystem, encouraged innovative thinking, and provided valuable exposure to real entrepreneurial experiences. The pitching session, guest talks, and MoU collaborations significantly contributed to building confidence and motivation among aspiring entrepreneurs.
