Hello Mumbai City Desk

Mumbai, April 1, 2026:

The Mumbai Police have issued a public notice regarding several unclaimed vehicles found abandoned in different locations under the jurisdiction of Zone-2 in South Mumbai.
According to the notice released by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone-2), multiple vehicles have been seized or found parked in suspicious or unattended conditions across various police station limits. Despite efforts by the authorities, the rightful owners of these vehicles have not come forward to claim them.
The police stated that these vehicles have been lying unattended for a significant period, raising concerns related to security and illegal activities. In view of this, the department has initiated legal proceedings under the provisions of the Maharashtra Police Act.
