Mumbai National Desk:Hello

AJMER – In a significant move toward promoting the core values of Sufism and authentic Islamic teachings, the Sufi Islamic Board and the Sarv Dharm Khwaja Mandir successfully organized the first formal meeting of the ‘Maula-e-iyat Committee Markaz’ in Ajmer.

Formed in February 2026, the committee convened to outline a strategic roadmap for organizational expansion and the global dissemination of Sufi ideology. The session was attended by all founding members alongside several new representatives invited to bolster the mission’s future operations.

Strengthening the Organizational Framework

A primary outcome of the meeting was the unanimous decision to expand the committee by inducting 20 new members. This expansion aims to integrate influential regional bodies, including the Maulai Committee of Jalandhar and the Ahle Bait Committee of Delhi, ensuring a broader representation of the Sufi community across India.

Promoting ‘Sincere Faith’ and Eliminating Misconceptions

The committee articulated its core objective: the propagation of ‘Sacche Deen’ (True Islam). Speakers at the event emphasized the urgent need to address and rectify misconceptions and malpractices that have surfaced under the guise of religion. The mission seeks to guide the public toward the authentic, spiritual path of Islam rooted in peace and humanity.

Unifying the Voices of Maula-e-iyat

The committee resolved to bring all Maulais, Khanqahs, and Dargahs under a single umbrella, specifically focusing on institutions that resonate with the profound declaration:

“Man Kunto Maula Fa Haza Ali Un Maula”

The core members of this initiative have been active in the service of Maula-e-iyat for over 15 years, having participated in numerous theological discourses (Munazaras) to defend and clarify religious tenets.

A Global Vision for Humanity

While the roots of the movement are firmly planted in India, the committee revealed an ambitious Global Vision. The representatives announced plans to take this mission to the international stage, aiming to spread the Sufi message of universal brotherhood and humanism to every corner of the world.

The meeting concluded with the spirited slogan “Bhartiyata Zindabad” (Long Live Indianness), highlighting the seamless integration of Sufi ideology with national pride and patriotism.
