After one month of Kamala Mills fire tragedy in which 14 people died Municipal Commissioner Ajoy Mehta submitted the final report to the Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday, in report Mc admitted complete failure of the corrupt system of local Bmc ‘G’ south. The report clearly states the permission given to pub 1 Above and Mojo’s Bistro by Local Bmc Authority’s, officials did not follow the norms properly ,there was a failure of compliance at multiple levels. Various Bmc Department like Fire Brigade and building and factories failed to take action on the irregularities despite being awre of them since the action had been taken on the same. The official from ‘G’ south were clearly aware of the violations but to chose to turn a blind eye. The conclusion part of the report shows there was serious negligence and connivance on the part of officials. Although five Bmc officials from ‘G’ south is already suspended Assistant Municipal Commissioner of’G’ south already transferred to ‘K’ East. Let’s us what further action against the corrupt Bmc officials after submitting this report.In report pub owners also responsible for violating the Bmc and Fire norms and owner of Kamala Mills, Archetics and others.
Massive Fire breaks out in Navrang studio, at Lower parel
Massive Fire breaks out in Navrang studio near Todi Mills, Senapati Bapat road ,Lower parel at 1 am Friday night.
8 Fire Engine and 7 water tankers rushed to the spot no casualty has not been reported so far. According to the initial report the cause of the fire is not confirmed yet. Mumbai Fire Brigade claimed the fire is almost controlled. Navrang studio is very old and unoccupied structure that’s why no casualty is reported as yet.
This is the second incident of fire in Lower parel in the last 1 month after Kamala Mills fire tragedy.

Padmaavat film will release on 25 January, SC lifts the Ban
The makers of film ‘ Padmaavat ‘ gets huge relief supreme court lifts the ban and cleared the way of Sanjay Leela Bansali.Supreme Court suspended the ban order and allowed the screening of the film in the states like, Gujarat, Rajasthan , Haryana, Madhyapradesh and Uttrakhand. In spite of the Supreme court order Karni sena threatened Mass agitation across India against the screening of the film. The film will release on 25 January.
In the order Supreme court said if ‘Bandit Queen ‘ can be released why not ‘ Padmaavat ‘.
It may be noted 4 states, Gujarat, Rajisthan, Hariyana and Madhya Pardesh ,the producers had gone to the Supreme court against the ban and now they got huge relief.

Haj Subsidy ends by Modi Government’s decision sparked the political controversy and everyone raising the question saying it is an eye wash decision and Hindu Muslim vote bank politics.
” Haj pilgrims will no longer receive any subsidy this year onwards , with the government saying ,it is a part of the Modi Government’s efforts to empower minorities with dignity and without appeasement , around 1.75 (one lakh seventy five thousand people) will go to Haj this year, this decision will support to the Minority and will use this funds for their empowerment , ” Said Union Minister for Minority affairs Mukhtar Abbas Nadvi.
Nizam Uddin Rayeen Chairman ‘Ekta Forum ‘ said it’s a big lies of Modi Government’s decision to withdraw haj subsidy and polorisation of the Hindu Muslim vote bank. Muslims had for long been demanding that the subsidiary be done away with.
” Nizam Uddin lashed out at the Government for ending Haj Subsidy but allowing subsidies to continue for Hindu pilgrimages like Amber nath yatraa , the amount of 700 hundreds crores of subsidy never used by any Haj pilgrimage it directly went to Air india’s account and it was misuse of politicians, State and center Haj Committe , Air India used this money ,the subsidy amount is never deposited in haji ‘ s account , Supreme court already ruled in 2012 that haj subsidy should be phased out over a 10 years period, mean by 2022, the sudden withdraw of subsidy seems vote bank game of Modi Government, alleged Nizam Uddin Rayeen.
He further added government should consider floating global tenders for cheaper air fare for Haj Pilgrims, process for tenders for air tickets “I am sure most airlines will agree to scalling down their fares. , “.says Nizam Uddin Rayeen.
Food Poisoning case 26 children admitted in Nair Hospital, 6 critical
In a shocking incident in Bhiwandi around 26 students from a Darool uloom Miftahul Trust were admitted in Nair Hospital on Wednesday after they showed symptoms of food poisoning. According to the the police among them six children are in Critical condition. The incident happened in Bhiwandi’s Rohan Baugh area, they were invited in Niyaaz function and served food there after eating this food the next morning ,the students complained of severe stomach ache and vomiting, immediately they were taken to IGM hospital ,then moved to Thane civil hospital but the condition of the children didn’t improved finally they brought to Nair Hospital.

Bhoiwada Court sends all 4 accused – Yug Pathak, Jigar Sanghvi, Kripesh Sanghvi and Abhijit Mankar to Judicial custody till 31st January.Another Accused Yug Tuli, Co owner of Mojo’s Bistro pub also surrender on Tuesday before NM Joshi Marg police station ,he has sent to Jail Custody till 20 January. It may be noted Kamala Mills Tragedy which claimed 14 lives .Police have arrested 6 persons in this connection. All accused were on run since the incident occurred after issuing look out notice against all accused by Mumbai police all of them arrested now doing party in Mumbai’s Arther Jail with other criminals.
