Navghar Police arrested 23 year old Pilot in Connection with rape case filed by her Colleague Airhostess.
Fir has been registered under sections 64 (rape), 351(2) (criminal intimidation), and 352 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against the 26 Year-old accused.
As per the Fir Victim Airhostess along with her crew Member returned to the City after a work trip to London on June 29.accused sexually assaulted her at his Mira road flat on june 29.
On the basis of the Complaint with evidence Police filed an Fir and arrested the accused further investigation is underway.
