*Mumbai- Will the corporators submitting fake caste documents be dismissed from BJP party? Questions Panchsheel Seva Sangha Chief Chairman Navin Lade via a letter written to Chief Minister Devendra Fadanvis.*
*As per the rule after being elected as a corporator BJP corporator Murji Patel (ward number 81) and his wife Kesharben Murji Patel (ward number 76) did not submit the caste certificate and caste validity committee declared caste certificate invalid, recently High Court too have declared the couple and the caste certificate invalid and thereby have given a concent to take a legal action against the couple for notbeing eligible candidates! This background Navin Lade questions CM if this couple will be dismissed from the BJP party for deceiving?*
*Kesharben and Murji Patel couple submitted a caste certificate indicating that they both belong to “Leva Patildar” caste! The committee have clarified that they are not of the respective caste! Apparently through ‘Public Interest Litigation’ couple challenged the committee’s decision. But committee’s decision has been declared valid by ‘Division Bench’. At the same time regarding the fake caste certificates of these corporators caste validity committee’s rule has been restored and their petition has been dismissed by High Court. Kesharben and Murji Patel are been declared guilty by High Court for cheating and submitting fake caste certificates.*
*Navin Lade states that this act of submitting the fake documents and cheating is shameful. And neglecting such a behavior and not dismissing them from the party is like covering up for their mistakes. Due to this it appears as if BJP party has forgotten to dismiss this couple from the party during the election period!
