Mrs Gudia Jagadish Nishad age 34 years.

Name of accused.
Bahadur @ Tejbahadur Dayaram Bind, age 27 years, add:- 320, Bhori, Sant Ravidas nagar, Bhadoi, Uttarpradesh.
Facts:-
Accused have illicit relationship with two women’s from same locality which came to know to deceased so she had quarrels with accused on regularly. On the incident day deceased went to the house of second lady that time accused met her at same place. On that they had a fight there and after that when accused came to deceased house she was beaten by accused and pressed his neck. After that accused killed her by knife.
