Farhan Azmi a well known Hotelier and owner of “Koyla Restaurant” is now in news again, Bandra Police have registered an FIR of cheating and beach of trust against him Azmi allegedly cheating his former business partner Kashiff Khan of RS. 13.5 Lakh.
 

 
According to the FIR and Khan’s statement, he invested 13 lac on the advice of Farhan Azmi and gave this amount to Jail Lalwani for the new restaurant at Colaba but the property  was not clear title it was in dispute, they could not make hotel over there when khan asked to return his money which he invested Jail Lalwani couldn’t return  ,Jail Lalwani also Co accused in the case he couldn’t pay the amount to Kaashif Khan.
 




 
On the contrary Farhan Azmi denies all  allegations saying its a financial dispute among the partners Police now very well the matter is already in the court, Mr kashiff khan was with us he Part away in 2016, he is harassing me.
