After publishing the article dated on  24 .4 2021. in Hello Mumbai News about Dharavi drug peddler Areef Shaikh, we exposed Areef Shaikh and his Drug racket Gang  in our publication with the help of social activist Sohel Shaikh, after this Areef Shaikh and his local goons attacked at Sohel Anwar  Shaikh and threatened to keep silent. Although  after this incident fir registered against all accused but Areef Shaikh and his gang are still running this drug racket fearlessly Dharavi police and anti narcotic cell of Mumbai Police not in a mood to take action against this drug racket.

It’s nothing new that Drugs peddlers cases are spotted everywhere today across the world.

To get to the root of the case Hello Mumbai News Correspondent Janvi panjwani  bumped into Sohail  Shaikh who raised his voice against those not taking action against them.

Sohail Anwar  Shaikh further added, I have registered a FIR case against them and today will visit at Dharavi ‘s office to talk with the senior about further investigation.

As I was sitting near the area leading to my home a man bumped into me and pulled up a sword and attacked me with it.
I am receiving.threatening calls practically everyday.

Reportedly, Areef Shaikh and his gang are those who are into selling drugs. Pathetically, no one is taking action against them said Sohail Shaikh.

Fir copy which is available with Hello Mumbai News, Dharavi police booked Areef Shaikh and others (Unknown) under section 324, 506 , 25, 34 and many more. But no arrest has made yet.

While speaking with Hello Mumbai News over phone API Santosh Sawant confirmed,  we have registered an FIR against unknown persons under various sections our investigation is underway.
