Dog Gang War in Mahim! Request to ‘Help alien dog in Distress’!
The title ‘Dog Gang War’ may sound strange but the truth is that just as there is gang war among gangsters over the supremacy of an area likewise there is a similar gang war among the dogs. In Mumbai, each dog gang has its own area and if an alien dog from another area tries to intrude into a new area it is brutally attacked and pushed out from the region.
A typical gang war is outgoing at Mahim where a dog from another region is mercilessly being attacked by Mahim dogs. The helpless alien dog is so terrified by the Mahim dog’s gang that it is seeking shelter under a car.
Irfan Machhiwala, an eye witnessed told Hello Mumbai News, “Last night one dog from other area entered into our Lady Jamshedji Rd in Mahim west area. When it entered into our area it was brutally attacked by the local dogs. Frightened the dog hid below a car.” He added, “The poor dog has not eaten anything since one day and is terrified to come out. Hence through Hello Mumbai News, I request the concerned authorities and Animal NGO to rescue the dog and give it urgent treatment otherwise it will die due to hunger.”
