Dr. G. Rameshkumar, a distinguished entrepreneur, MSME strategist, social reformer, and Founder of Ocean of Solutions, has received a prestigious recommendation from eminent scientist Dr. R. A. Mashelkar for consideration for the Padma Shri, one of India’s highest civilian honours.
