In a fresh movement, the MAT Court has stayed the transfer of Encounter Specialist Daya Nayak to Gondia.

As a gesture, Daya Nayak has expressed his gratitude to the Hon’ble MAT Court for the Stay Order and for allowing him to continue in the ATS, Mumbai City.

Notably, few days ago, the Encounter Specialist alongwith
other Six Police Officers were transferred to places outside Mumbai limits.
