Navghar Police arrested four persons in connection with Extortion Case from Worli Based Developer Akash Pawan Kumar Gupta. Court have sent to all accused for five days Police Custody.The main accused Swapnil Bandekar is identified as Former Shivsena Corporator (UBT)  of Nallasopara l Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray faction.

While Speaking with Hello Mumbai News Over phone Dheeraj kolhe Senior police Inspector of Navghar Police Station confirmed this news ,” we have booked all Four accused  Swapnil Bandekar, Himanshu Rajendra Shah, and Nitin under BNS  308,308(2),308(3),308(4) , 51,52 ,,3(5) all arrested Accused in our custody till five days during the investigation we have recovered Rs 15,0000 lakh Cash which accused recieved from the Complainant.our investigation is underway.”

Brief Description of the Case

As per the FIr copy which is available with Hello Mumbai News Complainant Akash Pawan Kumar Gupta Director of Sarkar Group and Mahvir Group mentioned the whole story of the Extortion Case how main accused Swapnil Bandekar and other three blackmailed him and extorted 15 lakh from him.
As per the Statement recorded by Complainant Developer Akash Pawan Kumar Gupta the accused and RTI activist filed many complaints against the Sra project which is going on at Adarsh Nagar Worli.Accused demanded 10 crore to withdraw the Complaint.One meeting held between Complainant and accused at Starbucks Matunga.
After this meet Developer Ashok Pawan Kumar Gupta approached to Police Station and briefed the whole story . Police laid a trap  at Banana Leaf Restaurant Mira Bhayandar and arrested four accused while accepting the Ransom money 15,0000 0 from the Complainant.
