SO WHATS HAPPENING “”HOPEFULLY””
I know a lot of you guys are concerned about whats happening with the airline. With all the hifi technical talks that many people don’t understand. Let me break it down in simple words for you.
1. Only the operation is shut but the airline is still operational . Jet Airways is still alive.
2. If we keep running the operations we will keep getting into issues and delays and wont be able to meet the guests need. This might attract legal issues too. And airport expenses. Also due to fear very few guests will fly with us and it is no point flying light loads in this situation.
3. Once operation is shut. The management and lenders can concentrate on finalising a takeover deal.
4. New ownership will help us redesign a better and a stronger airline.
5 . Now the main issue JetAirways is considered a fierce competitor in domestic and international market.
And other airlines are taking full advantage of this situation.
They are taking over our planes our staff our captains and crew ON THEIR TERMS.
They are fully aware that if we get redesigned we will be back with a bang and hence they will not be able to compete with us. So they are trying their best to recruit and start sectors they planned much in the future. They are rule makers now and they are taking full advantage of this and giving u bad deals and packages. They are insulting and treating needy crew like shit. They know that the only way to beat any competitor is to take away its trained staff. So that their training cost goes down and trained staff will make less mistakes.
Its not surprising that all the airlines have come down to recruit 9w crew. They are not helping they are PLANNING.
6. SO WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO.
You have to hold your cards and let them play their bluff. Hold on to your job and your seniority and your positions. Leave only if you cannot survive without salary at all. Live on your savings for a few days or another month. Ask your banks to allow you grace period for your EMIs.
7. It was the month of MAY when the airline started and it will be the month of MAY when the airline will be reborn.
8. Show solidarity towards your Airline and allow them a little grace period.

You are JetAirways crew. You are branded crew. Even if god for bid the airline shuts completely and if my words go wrong. They will be recruiting you still. Remember its the competing airlines that are in need of you and not the other way round.
9. DO NOT go by the views of media and their so called aviation experts. You never know they might be getting paid by our competitors too. To generate fear among staff and customers.
10. We are blessed that we have the support of our CEO Mr Vinay Dube and Our beloved Ms Pom. Who are standing strong by our side.
In anyother uniform you will still look for the flying sun . Allow Jet Airways a few more days.
Its not the last flight tonight. Its just a pause. Don’t call it or consider it the last flight.
