Haj Committee of India and Chief Co Ordinator of Maharashtra Ibrahim shaikh Bhaijan organised a grand felicitation function for the Haj pilgrims on 8th August at International Airport, Mumbai.
The function was attended by Minority Minister of Maharashtra Dilip Kamble , NCP MLA Jitendra Awhad, EX MLA Krishna Hegde ,MLC Mrs Husna Bano Khlife and congress leader Mudassar Patel.
On this occasion during his speech, Ibrahim Bhaijan demands withdrawal of GST from Hajpilgrims and give more facilities to the Hajpilgrims, he also handed over a copy of Memorendum in which he gave all demands for the Indian Haji.Ibrahim Bhaijan is also upset on subsidy which is withdrawed before the deadline. Bhaijan also requested to the Government of Maharashtra to provide Fund for the Construction of the Haj .Common building which is supposed to build in Mumbra for the Hajpilgrims.
Mr Dilip Kamble accepted the Memorendum and assured his Government will look into the matter.
MLA Jitendra Awhad during his speech announced ,”I will provide 2 Acres Land for the Haj Committee Building .Government and Haj Committee Of India can build the building.we will give this land free of cost
“.
At the end of the Function Ngos like Labaik , Alflaah and officers of Air India were also honoured by the dignitaries for their voluntary work for the Hajpilgrims. Ibrahim Bhaijan also gifted Jaanamaaz and Haj Ziyarat Book to every Hajpilgrims.
