Heavy rains since morning across Mumbai and adjoining areas Thane, Navi Mumbai effected the normal life of the people. Water logging reported in several parts of Mumbai, Santacruz Milan subway, Hindmata junction and King Circle. Since morning local trains on Central, western and harbour line delayed. Now in the Evening traveller facing heavy traffic jam on Western and Eastern  Express Highway.
