Due to heavy rain since Morning today  in Mumbai and it’s adjoining areas like Kalyan, Thane, Virar, Vasai ,local transport service, Local Train and Buses affected .Maharashtra Government Declared holiday today in all Schools and Colleges .Education Minister Vinod Tawde issued official statement.
