Mumbai: In a significant administrative reshuffle, senior IAS officer Vijay Singhal (IAS: 1997 batch) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) for the Dharavi Redevelopment Project, one of Maharashtra’s most ambitious urban renewal initiatives.
