Colaba police registered an FIR against Israeli National Oriron Yakov after one year after the forensic science lab’s report confirmed that his 20 year old girlfriend was died of Suffocation during an act of Sexual intercourse. According to the police the accused identified as Oriron Yakov 23 year old an Israeli national and visited India on tourist visa last year with his girlfriend and stayed in Colaba, the incident took place in March 2017, in a hotel at Colaba.
 




 
According to the report during the sexual intercourse in the hotel the accused applied pressure on women’s neck and she got suffocated, Colaba police booked Oriron Yakov under section 304 section releated to culpable homicide.Very soon Mumbai police will summoned to Israeli Consulate in this case.
