In a shocking incident On Monday Mumbai Crime Branch arrested a tourist guide named Rakesh Nandi 36 years old For allegedly raping an Italian woman in a cab in western suburb of Juhu area. According to the report  this incident occurred in the month of June victim approached to the Italy Consulate in Delhi after that Zero Fir registered at Colaba police station later transferred to Juhu police station. The accused identified Rakesh Nandi was  picked up from Colaba by Crime Branch.
 




 
According to the police the accused and victim met in a tourist bus after accused familiar with the Italian lady and raped her in a drunk position now further investigation of the case is going on.
