“My name is  Seema Agarwal and I am the founder of Kisan Ki Duniya. For the past four years, I have been dedicated to promoting and selling high-quality millet in Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra. With a strong background in retail since 2020, I am now expanding into millet exports to bring the goodness of this nutritious grain to a global audience. My mission is to support farmers, promote healthy eating, and create a sustainable future through millet-based products.”

What was your key driving force to Choose this Profession/ Business or to become an Entrepreneur.

Today, many people suffer from diabetes, cancer, anemia, heart problems, and high cholesterol. Developing the habit of eating millet is a great solution, as it is rich in fiber, protein, and essential nutrients that help in managing these health issues. By incorporating millet into their daily diet, people can improve their overall health, while farmers benefit from better market access and fair pricing. Through our venture, we aim to create a healthier community and a sustainable future.”

How did you Come up with your business idea.

“During the lockdown, I watched many videos of Rajiv Dixit ji, which deeply inspired me. Later, I connected with his sister, Madhu ji, who introduced me to farmers practicing natural farming. Through these interactions, I realized the immense benefits of millet and the need to promote it. This connection and knowledge gave me the idea to start Kisan Ki Duniya, with the goal of supporting farmers and encouraging people to adopt a healthier lifestyle through millet consumption.”
