Kashmir Tourism Conclave – A Grand Success
The Tourism Conclave held in Mumbai to promote support to Kashmir Tourism was a huge success. It was attended by leading news channels from Print and Electronic media. In addition, India’s leading Tour Operators from Pune, Nasik, Nagpur, Gujarat, and Mumbai extended complete support by being present on the occasion. Bollywood celebrities added glitter and glamour to the Tourism Conclave making it a Grand and successful.
The highlight of the event was its novelty. The event was first of its kind that was without any dazzling DJ or pretty girls dancing or the customary flow of Alcohol! In short, the event was devoid of any form of entertainment yet it kept the people busy as it just focused on its mission to make ‘Kashmir Tour A Success’. People present were delighted by the event. Appreciating the event a tour operator said, “I have been participating in OTM, TTF and other Trade fares all around the globe for the last 15 years concretively but I have never witnessed such a positive response to an event. It is indeed the best ever Tourism Conclave I have ever visited.”
The event started at 5.30 pm and till 11.30 pm people were engrossed in deep discussions. Sheikh Mohammed Sultan credited the success of the event to Tourism Department and Mr. Mushtaq Chaya Chairman Hoteliers Club Tour Operators from J & K and Maharashtra Tour Operators Association and other Travel Agents who participated.
