On Sunday Delhi police solved famous and sensational Murder case of Army Officer’s wife Shailja Dwivedi and arrested Major Nikhil Handa in this connection. Delhi Police arrested the prime accused Major Handa from Meerut. It may be recalled 35 years old Shailja wife of Another Major Amit Dwivedi was found dead with her throat slit in Delhi’s Cantt Metro Station  .This incident shocked the entire Delhi Police, Police set up a special team got clue and arrested him.

In a preliminary investigation the accused confessed his crime and revealed Victim Shailja and he had love affair  she was pressurising to marry with him .Both met each other two months ago  in Nagaland where both major Nikhil Handa and Amit Dwivedi were posted. Now Delhi police booked him under section 302 and will produce in Court tomorrow. According to the sources top Delhi police officials investigating the case because its a very high profile murder case of National Capital.
